As an experienced solicitor, Joe has a vast knowledge of legal practice.
Joe qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and has since practiced mainly in the area of Civil Litigation. He has decades of experience in law and practice relating to personal injuries litigation (on both plaintiff and defendant sides), professional negligence including medical negligence, commercial litigation, probate and administration disputes and Judicial Review.
Joe ran his own private client, full service practice, Durkan Solicitors, in the Crumlin/Walkinstown area for almost 20 years before merging with KWS in 2017 where he now represents his clients as a Consultant Solicitor.
He holds a BCL degree from UCD and a Diploma in Mediation.
