Keith Walsh - solicitor

Keith first became involved in legal practice over 10 years ago. His areas of specialisation in the firm are Circuit & High Court litigation, family law and employment law and personal injury claims. He also deals with commercial litigation. He holds honours degrees in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from University College Galway and a Diploma in French Legal Studies from the University of Poitiers, France. He is also very involved in the new area of collaborative law. Keith worked for a well known Dublin 2 law firm and for firms in Dublin 12 & 22 before setting up his own practice.

He has published a number of articles on practical areas of law such as divorce and separation, employment law and court practice in solicitor journals and magazines such as the Law Society’s Gazette and the Parchment. He has taught on the Advanced Course run by the Law Society to provide training in the area of family law and is a former chairman of the DSBA’s Family Law & Minor’s Committee. He received the DSBA solicitor’s award for excellence in 2002/3.

Keith is an experienced solicitor who is interested in ensuring that the rights of his clients are diligently defended and protected.

Denis Ryan - solicitor

With over 20 years experience as a solicitor, Denis has worked at a high level in most areas of legal practice. His areas of specialisation in the firm are High & Circuit Court work including personal injuries cases, Wills & Probate, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Wards of Court, residential and commercial property sale and purchase. He also has specialised knowledge of employment and commercial law, particularly Landlord and Tenant Law.

He holds a B.C.L. degree from University College Dublin, a Diploma in European Law and Diploma in Employment Law from UCD.

Denis is the firm’s legal knowledge expert and his intricate eye for detail as well as his lengthy service as a solicitor mean that he is an excellent source of legal advice for clients.

Samantha Holton - trainee solicitor

Samantha worked for a number of years as a legal executive in a number of Dublin solicitors firm prior to commencing her training with the firm. Her areas of practice include Wills & Probate, conveyancing and court work. She holds a Bachelor in Arts from Trinity College, Dublin as well as a Diploma in Legal Studies and has completed the final part of the Law Society's practice examinations and will shortly qualify as a solicitor.

Linda Maxwell – legal executive

Linda has been working for us for many years and works in the area of court litigation and family law where her experience is of great assistance to clients (and the firm).

Gail Mowlds – legal executive

Gail works directly with Keith Walsh and her organisational and client skills keep the firm running smoothly and efficiently.

Rodica Nicolaev – legal executive

Rodica works in the area of property sales and purchases and also in the Court side where she is of great assistance to clients and to Denis and Samantha.

Barbara Kenny

Barbara is the firm’s book keeper and a very important part of the firm.
